Crowdfrica's story

The recent flood in the Volta Region of Ghana has caused significant damage and displacement of hundreds of individuals. The overflow of water from the Akosombo Dam has led to the displacement of hundreds of individuals in the Mepe and Battor areas of the North Tongu District in the Volta Region. Currently, more than 500 households are grappling with the inundation as residents desperately attempt to salvage their belongings.

Crowdfrica is a non-profit organization that aims to provide relief to those affected by natural disasters in Africa. You can help support the victims of this flood by donating to Crowdfrica’s Volta Flood Relief Fund. This project aims to provide emergency food and non-food items to vulnerable households that have been displaced by recent floods, have lost all properties/crops, and are now sheltered in schools, churches, and makeshift structures in the refugee settlements .

Your contribution can make a difference in the lives of those affected by this disaster. Thank you for your generosity.
