The recent flood in the Volta Region of Ghana has caused significant damage and displacement of hundreds of individuals. The overflow of water from the Akosombo Dam has led to the displacement of hundreds of individuals in the Mepe and Battor areas of the North Tongu District in the Volta Region. Currently, more than 500 households are grappling with the inundation as residents desperately attempt to salvage their belongings.

Crowdfrica is a non-profit organization that aims to provide relief to those affected by natural disasters in Africa.
